PRO Women are based on women's support groups. Groups are created on the initiative of leaders on the pro-women.ru platform, participants join the groups to work on the respective projects and goals. Group meetings are held offline 2 times a month according to a methodology that gives women an opportunity to reach their goals faster, sharing experiences and supporting each other.

All PRO Women's group meetings are always free of charge.

Our goal is to create an environment of mutual support and trust, where every woman can fulfill and realize her potential.

Imagine you have a personal support group that gives you motivation and inspiration to move towards your goals. PRO Women creates a safe environment for the exchange of experience and ideas. In the group you find like-minded people to create joint projects and get tools for business development, hobbies, and hobbies.

You are on the way with PRO Women if you:

- are looking for a chance to develop your project (business, hobby, hobby, dream)

- want to move towards goals and stop procrastinating

- want to find a new social network

- need advice or support

- strive for self-realization.

1. In PRO Women it is common practice to support each other, freely exchange knowledge and experience, cooperate and implement joint projects.

2. Every woman in the community is valuable and important, every member has the right to speak out and be heard.

3. We support initiative and proactivity and work on the development of PRO Women together.

4. We communicate in a correct and respectful manner. In case of conflicts, we discuss the situation together, find a solution and do not get personal.

5. Each of us bears individual responsibility for our projects and activities

6. We encourage comfortable and trusting environment, so the personal information of group members should not be disseminated without their permission.

7. Political or religious propaganda, any kind of discrimination in the community is prohibited.

8. Advertising of goods and services, including MLM, financial pyramids, etc. is prohibited at group meetings, on the platform and in chats.

9. The brand of the PRO Women community may not be used for personal, political or commercial purposes.

The PRO Women Leader is the organizer of a group, a woman who is ready to take on a little more responsibility in order to develop and help others. The leader is responsible for forming the group, inviting members, initiating group meetings and sharing the results and successes of the members with the community on the platform. To become a leader, you need to create a group on the platform, learn the methodology and hold regular meetings. The leader receives all the necessary materials and detailed instructions in the e-mail mailing list after the group is registered.

In our understanding, the leader in PRO Women is a woman who has experience of changing her life in a positive way. When she wants to share this experience with other women, she brings together a group. It is accepted in the community that the Leader forms the group independently, organizes and moderates meetings, shares feedback on the platform, supports the participants and facilitates the emergence of new leaders.

Typically, a group consists of 6-10 members who come together in their city at the initiative of the leader to exchange experiences, support and inspire each other on the way to achieving goals. We recommend that you gather small groups and hold regular meetings - once every two weeks. But we do not have a rigid framework, and the group can choose a comfortable time and composition of participants itself. You can view a list of all groups in the Find a group section.

A PRO Women member is a woman who has registered at pro-women.ru, joined the group and regularly attends meetings in her city, working on personal goals and projects. Any participant can become a new leader and assemble their own group, and then move to the status of a regional representative, ambassador, mentor or alumnus.

1. Select one of the roles - leader or member -  on the platform's main page.

2. Fill out a simple registration form.

3. Check your inbox and confirm your e-mail so you can receive invitations to public events.

Yes, the membership is free. Should you suddenly find out that someone is collecting payment for meetings, write to us at pro-women@rybakovfoundation.org.

Any woman who shares our values and is ready to regularly attend group meetings to work on her project, goals and help others in this.

The date, time and venue of the meeting of each group is determined by its leader. The leader informs the participants of the meeting in the group chat on the platform or in WhatsApp. Typically the meetings are held twice a month in a cafe or any other place convenient for the group. In addition, open community meetings which are organized by Regional Representatives can be held in your city. You can learn about such meetings from the Events section or from announcements in the community's social networks.

Go to the Find a group section, select your city in the filter. You will see a list of groups that you can apply to join.

If there are no PRO Women in your city yet, you can become the first leader by creating your own group. Or find an active girl who is ready to take this initiative.

Register on the pro-women.ru platform as a Leader or a Member.

If you decide to become a Group Leader:

- Create a group on the platform.

- Study the “Leader's Handbook” and the instructions that you will receive in our
e-mail mailing list.

- Join the leader's chat (you will receive the link to join in the same mailing list).

If you are a Member looking for an opportunity to develop your project and move towards goals or want to find a new social circle and support:

- Find groups in your city (use the city filter).

- Apply to one or more groups of interest to you.

- Attend group meetings regularly.

- Define goals for yourself and start moving towards them.

- Share achievements and challenges with other members.

- Support other members of the group.

In PRO Women you can try yourself in different roles: The Leader can become a Regional Representative. Read more about it here. A Regional Representative can become a President. After completing group work, any participant can move to graduate status or become an Ambassador, as well as take part in a mentoring program.

A Leader with 6 months or more experience in group management can become a Regional Representative. At the same time, at least 3 groups must work in your city. In PRO Women groups we exchange life and professional experience. If everyone has the same picture of the world and the same experience, we will not get strong development. Therefore, we welcome that in each group there were people of different professions, age, status, and so on.

1. Select "Group History" in the menu of your group.

2. Click "Add story" on the page that opens.

3. Write about the meeting, successes and add a photo.

Members of your group will see a description of all meetings in the "Group Meetings" section.

1. You can post an announcement of your group meeting or any other free event in the Events section.

2. Make a post on your Instagram account and tag us @pro_women_rf, we will repost your announcement to the story!

In the Events section, you can post announcements of your upcoming events - fora, open city meetings of PRO Women, meetings of your group, free business breakfasts, meetings with experts or any other free events.

All practices, tools and cases are provided to PRO Women leaders on a gratis basis. The leader needs to register his group on the pro-women.ru website, schedule the first meeting, invite members from among his acquaintances or through the PRO Women platform and start the meetings.

The PRO Women methodology and tools will be useful in organizing any community. You can join us to work together to achieve common goals: create your own group on the platform, preserving your identity, or join those already present in your city. At the same time, it is important for us that your community shares our values: mutual help and support, self-organization, creating a safe environment for women's self-realization.

Members of PRO Women have already launched hundreds of projects: the inclusive creative workshop "FilIn (Eagle-Owl)", the studio "Vsyudu Teatr (Theatre Everywhere)", the projects StudioBlubell, My Happy Room, Upgrade, Dandy Box, Pick Art Gallery, Tip-Top kindergarten and others. Entrepreneurship in a narrow sense is not our goal. An overall entrepreneurial approach to life is what matters to us. It is important that you reach the main goal - to begin your journey towards achieving positive changes in your life.
